Step-by-step process and required documents for admission counseling
Register on Official Counseling Portal
Create an account on the official counseling website (e.g., tneaonline.org for TNEA, josaa.nic.in for JoSAA). Pay the registration fee online.
Fill & Submit Application Form
Fill personal, academic, and category details accurately. Upload required documents and photographs as per specifications.
Document Verification
Attend the document verification at the allotted facilitation center. Original + 2 sets of photocopies of all required documents must be carried.
Exercise College & Branch Choices
Fill in your preferred colleges and branches in priority order. You can add up to 100 choices. Research cutoffs before filling.
Seat Allotment & Reporting
Check your allotment result. If allotted, pay the seat acceptance fee and report to the allotted college with original documents within the deadline.
Join the Institute
Complete college-level admission formalities, pay tuition fees, and submit original documents to secure your seat.
Deadlines are strict — missing any step can result in seat cancellation. Always check official portals for the latest updates.
